How Ticket Delivery Works with Princy Travels

1. Electronic Tickets (E-Tickets)

  • Princy Travels mainly provides tickets digitally, not as printed copies.
  • After booking your ticket, you’ll receive it through:
    • Email – You’ll get a confirmation email with all your travel details.
    • SMS or WhatsApp – A message will be sent with your ticket or a link to access it.
    • Website – During online access, your ticket will be available under "My Bookings".

2. No Physical Ticket Delivery

  • Princy Travels does not courier or mail paper tickets.
  • In most cases, showing the digital ticket on your phone is enough to board the bus.
  • We issue a printed boarding pass during offline booking, but this is handled at the office and is not shipped in advance.

3. When a Printout Might Be Needed

  • For certain routes or specific partners (especially in more remote areas), a printed ticket might be required.
  • If this is the case, Princy Travels will notify you during booking.
  • You can then print the ticket yourself using the email or app version.

Shipping and Delivery

Princy Travels primarily operates as an online bus ticketing platform and does not handle physical product shipping or delivery. However, we plan to offer home delivery of bus tickets in select cities in future.

In future in selected cities, Princy Travels provides a home delivery service for bus tickets. The delivery fee is chargable.
