DAY 1
Day1:Cochin
We will be receiving you at the Kochi international Airport/Railway station, and from there you will be transferred to the hotel. Enjoy sightseeing. Overnight stay in Kochi. Place description: Kochi is known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea. It got its name from the spice traders who came in from far during the 14th century. Kochi was first in the hands of the Portuguese traders who left for Goa. Later on, it was with the Dutch and finally in the hands of the British. The suggestion of places to visit: You will move in and around the city of Kochi and go to Fort Kochi to see the Chinese nets, Jewish Synagogues, Dutch Palace Museum, and St Francis Church where Vasco De-Gama was buried.
DAY 2
Day2:Munnar
Next day morning after breakfast. We move on to Munnar.On arriving check into the hotel. Refresh yourself. Overnight stay at the hotel. Accessibility: Kochi-Munnar:135kms/5hrs
DAY 3
Day3:Munnar
After breakfast,We would be visiting the Mattupetty Dam,Echo point where you can witness the beauty of Munnar.Next stop would be at Kundala Lake.This natural lake provides a lot of activities like boating etc.Later on after lunch, you can visit Eravikulam National park where you can witness a lot of animals like the famous Nilgiri Tahr.Overnight stay at the hotel. Place Description:Munnar is the most famous in hill station in Kerala and is located at an altitude of 6000 sq feet.The place ‘Munnar’ got its name from Malayalam which means ‘3 rivers’.Munnar is covered with endless tea plantations and the spices and was a favorite destination from the time of the British and various spice traders from far and wide. Places to visit: Kundala lake,Eravikulam National park ,echo point,Rajamala,Tea plantations,Mattupetty Dam (an artificial lake).
DAY 4
Day3:Thekkady
After breakfast transfer to Thekkady. Check in to the Hotel and overnight stay there. Accessibility: Munnar-Thekkady:110kms/5hrs Place description: Thekkady, India’s top wildlife sanctuary, offers you a unique experience. Herds of elephants and other animals from the forest come to the lake. These sights are once in a lifetime experience for tourists. The flora and fauna are abundant in this place. Thekkady offers the country’s single Tiger reserve. Even there are tribals who live in these forests. Here nature is blessed with immense wealth. It is an abode for many endangered species. Place of visit: Plantation visit, Elephant ride, boating, trekking, tiger trail, Bullock cart ride, Jeep safaris, etc.
DAY 5
Day4:Departure
After breakfast check out of the hotel and you will be dropped off back at the Cochin Airport or Railway station.Tour ends. Package Includes Hotel Accommodation in 3* or 4* or 5* category as per the requirement of client
