- The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company
- The company shall not be in any way responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers in the booking office or in the vehicle.
- No refund will be made to those who have not travelled in time.
- If a confirmed ticket is cancelled within 1 week of the trip, no amount will be refunded. However, cancellation of the ticket before one week of the trip a cancellation charge of 50% of the ticket fare will be deducted from the party.
- Children above 5 years will be charged full amount.
- All Kinds of liquor are strictly prohibited in and around the vehicle.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
